Although it is patently impossible to give a qualified quotation on a property sight unseen (due to the innumerable factors involved). We felt that
it was only fair to give some indication of price levels. So although the following prices give no guarantees to the price that would be applicable to your property it may serve to give a general feel. All standard
equipment and cleaning materials supplied by DDHCS. Any none standard materials/equipment supplied by client or supplied by DDHCS and charged to client.
The prices are based on an average level of existing/ continuing cleanliness.
Fortnightly/ monthly cleans are based on the assumption that dusting and general cleaning is completed by the property tenant/owner
during the interim weeks.
Standard Cleans
A one/two bedroomed flat, one bathroom, WC, kitchen/dining room, lounge.
No children, no animals. Clean once every two weeks.

An average sized four bedroomed estate house, two bathrooms/ showers, 2 WC, kitchen. dinning room, lounge, office, conservatory ? Clean every two weeks.

Average sized five bedroomed estate house
approximately £65- £120 average per clean
To Spring Clean an average sized four bedroomed estate property in an average state of cleanliness
approximately £220+
Obviously with a spring clean there are many more factors to consider than a standard clean.
Once again I must emphasise that these prices give no indication of the price we would charge to clean your property.Please bear in mind that there is
no necessity to have a complete house cleaned. Some of our clients employ DDHCS to clean the high use areas and maintain the rest of the house themselves.
