Standard Clean
For clients who would like regular cleaning of their homes.
Not as in-depth as a “Spring Clean” but a
professional approach to all the household tasks. As with the Spring Clean it is tailored to individual requirements.
A Standard Clean will generally include some, if not most, of the following
- Clean kitchen work surfaces
- Clean appliance exteriors
- Clean kitchen sinks
- Sweep and wash vinyl / tiled floors
- Remove rubbish to external rubbish area at property (please guide our staff to the appropriate area)
- Clean bathrooms, showers and WCs++- (** see lime scale)
- Clean tiled bathroom walls (max 5’ height)
- Dust Skirting boards, fixtures and fittings.
- Clean glass doors (not windows)
- Dust/ Hoover hardwood floors
- Dust Furniture
- Vacuum upholstery
- Vacuum carpets
- Spot wiping of paintwork, walls and cupboards
Furniture on castors moved to allow cleaning beneath.
Please note:
It is the clients’ responsibility to clear all areas to be cleaned, unless otherwise agreed.
Certain items may not clean up to our standards at the first attempt and we ask your patience until our
staff have become familiar with your home over the first 2 – 3 visits.
**Lime scale in our locality is quite a problem and ordinary cleaners will make very little impact on accumulated lime scale. Should
you require a more concentrated chemical approach there are specialist lime scale removers on the market which either you can supply or we can supply and bill to you.
However, we cannot vouch for the finished
results. Obviously should this result in extra work an additional charge will be applicable.
